Mr. Turk has over 30 years of business experience and a proven track record of successfully financing corporate development, improving operations, and creating shareholder value. Beginning in 1993, he participated in over $3 billion of financings and advisory assignments as a Vice President of Kemper Securities. His subsequent private equity experience included investments and various operating roles in portfolio companies across asset management, health care, media, technology and business services as Managing Partner at both Northcoast Capital Management and Cygnus Investment Partners. He also served as a Senior Product Manager for Baxter Healthcare and a Consultant for The United Nations. His career began in 1986 at Salomon Brothers in institutional fixed-income sales.
